Spiritual Life coaching – using NLP tools and advice (not just questions!) to discuss the issues and problems you might be faced with and decide how best to deal with them.

Reiki Training and Attunements and Healing Treatments – a hands-off healing which helps to relax and balance the body's energy. Can help with emotional and physical situations and is a good place to start a programme of evolution. Alternatively, why not become attuned and trained to use reiki any time you like?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) – teaching you how to tap on acupressure points to reduce stress and anxiety. Easy and quick to learn, it becomes an effective self-help tool.
