Ascension therapy is completely focused on spiritual and personal evolution and ascension. "So what does that actually mean?" I hear you ask. To make it brief, we are all on a path of spiritual evolution and ascension - in other words, letting go of all the stuff we no longer need, and realising more completely who we really are.

I will take you through the 13 levels of ascension activation with each level comprising one, sometimes two, therapy treatments and discussions resulting from them.
